I AM EXHAUSTED!!!
I know it has been a while since my last blog... so much has been going on... I need to stop and take time to journal more...
Work, well, it has been horrible for the most part... I am not too happy with the company I work for. Allot of bureaucracy there, to say the least... I am trusting God to work it out, or work me out to another career....
We are finally getting to go on a vacation (it has been 4 years, since our last)... with Casey out of school and settled down, Mom and Dad, can slowly get back to taking our RV trips... I am so happy and a little sad at the same time, as now my son is all grown up... but I keep reminding myself, he has taken trips throughout his college years, and will be taking a huge trip (honeymoon) next May...
Our RV is 17 years old, and has been a great one... The Air went out in it while we were in Lubbock for Casey's graduation. Then as we were getting it fixed, our fridge went out too. Well, now we have both problems resolved..... So the trip is on!!! If she could just hold out for a few more years, then we can trade up to a nicer and bigger one...
We have found in the past, that the best vacations we have spent, were just pointing the rig and hit the road... well, now we are so looking forward trying out the new Truck, heading due North...
Our plan is to head through Arkansas and stop somewhere near the border of Arkansas and Missouri... we love Branson, so I am sure we will be there at some point...
Will have pics once we are back... We had hoped to leave Friday July 31, be have a family obligation to attend on Saturday night, so we are heading out early crack of dawn Sunday August 2... I can't wait...
Well, better get back to house chores...
